There are many different ways to 'get here'.
The next bit is getting you where you want to be.
Become a leader
When you join or take part in our graduate programme, you get the chance to experience first-hand the ins and outs of the whole company. From learning how we develop, bake and deliver our products, to how we develop relationships with our customers and manage our teams. You’ll have real, all-round working knowledge of what it takes to run a successful bakery. To thrive here, you need to be a strong, resilient character who’s prepared to take on plenty of responsibility from the start. In return, you get a competitive salary, ongoing training and the experience you need to succeed in your career.
Get paid to learn,
gain confidence to grow
You may be a school leaver, but we treat you like an adult from day one. You'll join an experienced, enthusiastic team who will encourage you to show what you can do and to take on more responsibility.
You'll have a clear pathway for progression, so you know what you’re working towards and where the apprenticeship will get you. Plus, you’re not stuck behind a desk. You’re literally on the bakery floor gaining real-life, on-the-job experience. So by the time you finish your apprenticeship with us, you’ll have the practical skills, know-how and confidence you need to move onwards and upwards.
Gain insights you can’t
get from the seminar room
